  • As a lender, WestStar processes, under-writes, and funds your loan
    in-house from our local offices located in Northern Virginia.  Since all
    of this is performed locally, then I work directly with the processors
    and under-writers to help ensure that your loan application goes
    smoothly

  • As a broker, WestStar Mortgage has agreements with leading banks
    and other investors, so that we can also offer "outside the box"
    solutions  at competitive rates and terms

What documents do I need?
  1. Last two years W-2s (if you were employed)
  2. Pay stubs to cover previous 30 days
  3. Copy of last two months bank statements for all accounts
  4. Copy of most recent statement for all retirement accounts
  5. Copy of driving license
  6. Copy of social security card
  7. Front and back copy of cancelled check(s) for earnest money deposit
  8. For Veteran's, Certificate of Eligibility and DD214
  9. If self employed, last 2 years tax return
  10. Copy of real-estate sales contract (if available/applicable)
